The open communication among peers is fantastic! So as the spirit of teamwork, where everyone is there to lend a helping hand. This extends from the agents and team leads, up to the CEO.
My co-workers are a textbook definition of "Teamwork". Not only do we help each other in terms of work-related issues, but we also find ourselves emotionally supporting each other when one of us is under the clouds.
We may all have the same workload, but different performance/experience. I believe it would be of best interest if there will be an incentive scheme for performers and a program that would increase our paycheck the longer we stay in TaskUs.
I like the fact that most of them are hands-on. From the CEO to my direct supervisor, they are all open to communication. This is not like most BPO companies I've been on where leaders have this "snob aura", where you're not even aware who you are working under.
