Others can pay a little bit more or give more in cash bonuses but nobody cares about you as a person as TaskUs does. The benefits are unmatched

I think that on the position were I'm at right now (SME/Tier 3 - Supervisor) we should get a little extra, we are paid the same amount as a regular agent. While I understand their reasons to do so, I still believe that a bonus (a little extra, it doesn't have to be too much) would be great!
