
A better elaboration on process and procedure and better exercise of emotional intelligence
i get to stay home and not be around a enforced environment by the company
having time with their employee's. I will go weeks without any teams meetings to go over new policy changes and process adjustments.
Give us the ability to have unpaid planned time off. I understand if you dont want to give 80 hours a year in PTO. But if i need a day off and the LOB can afford it...they why deny it?
I feel undervalued because i can only get 64 hours of PTO a Year. Also have zero coverage on FMLA leaves is terrible...how can one get better when they know that every hour sick is money lost in a already income struggling situation?
