For my overall experience with TaskUs, I would say that it really helps me to improve myself when it comes to one of the core values which is Continuous Self Improvement. It enhances my skills and ability to express myself to others. It showed me how to act as a leader with my co-teammates.

I've been here with TaskUs for five years now and I am grateful to be part of this company. Thankful as well as they gave me an opportunity to learn, improve and excel with the things that I can do. This is my first BPO company and probably would be the last.

The best part is the incentive that we are getting every time we hit the required scorecard. Also, being recognized around the team. It helps us motivated to continue working.

My Quality team. I believe that you cannot stay long in one company if you have a toxic team and I am happy that each one of us love each other. Knows how to understand and give way.

They are transparent with the changes. Educating us if we are not aligned with the process or policy. This is also to ensure that they are here to help us enhance our skills and capabilities. They are willing to listen to our arguments and make sure to address them on the timely manner.

I would say that they know and are into the teammates well being. Though there are times that we get overwhelmed with all tasks being assigned to us and came to the point that we need to extend too much time in making sure that all the tasks and deliverables are being completed by the end of the wee
