The benefits and task us values are great. Although the pay is lower than expected, I think it's just fair because the workload is light. I like Taskus' core values. However, it contradicts to what the management is enforcing. Especially when it comes to asking proofs when filing for UL.

I am grateful that they allow me to maximize and take lactation breaks. As a breastfeeding mother, this matters a lot to me and I feel very valued. Thank you for accommodating my request every time I needed to feed my son. Thank you for valuing life and work balance.
