
TaskUs salary is competitively low unlike other BPO companies however, they offer the best benefit not only for their employee but extended to their families. I want to use this chance to tell our executives to allot more budget in increasing employees salary especially for Team Leaders.

We are all in 1 campaign yet, we do not receive same allowances

Whenever I have task and I know for a fact that I can complete them successfully
They should increase the salary of their employees given that there's a lot of BPO company all over the Philippines
Each employee should be compensated regarding the work that they are doing and not through their position. Team Leaders should be evaulated and give a raise in salary if they deserve it.
