I love the lax environment (I'm referring to how people talk to each other) and lack of formality when speaking to superiors.

I'm really happy that I'm not taking in calls from frustrated people and forced to work under rules that makes my job harder like in my previous jobs. I hope our job will stay fair in the future as TaskUs gets bigger.
