Best thing about our team, we are friendly, proactive, good listener, understanding, with collaboration to other departments and within, work as a team, helpful, we seek assistance from other colleagues when in doubt, and most of all we help each other.
Some are the best leaders I admire because they are experienced and matured. Unfortunately there are some leaders who are biased, only care about their department, never thought about the support group who help them for their success, and need more leadership skills training especially the new ones.
I think with the added-value contributions we provide to the other departments and within our department, only few appreciate us. We're not been part in the celebrations of their wins and it's very seldom in our department. For compensation, maybe aligning it to the global market.

Too high expectations from our leaders and too many demands from the managers of operations that becoming spoon feeding. We understand we are getting the message from our director about cost-cutting that our few hours OT are being questioned that sometime we extended work hours but not punching it.
