I can't think of anything to put on here because I don't even know who my teammates are.
Not being properly compensated for the work they expect of you. Special pay or proper compensation should already be pre-approved before teammates are moved to a certain project/campaign/ or LOB.
Employees who have been with the company for 3yrs and up should automatically have a fixed increase in their basic pay because not everyone is loyal enough to the company to stay that long. Teammates who will be moved to diff. LOBs or given additional workload should be given extra compensation
