My basic salary has been increased to align with what's being offered in the BPO industry and I became eligible due to my performance.
It would be better if our salaries are aligned with the other BPOs. Also, I was a teammate from the LBL site then we were moved to Phoenix. It would be best if tenured TMs like me from LBL receive an additional transportation allowance.
