
The company itself is good. I really like the company. I wouldn't last me these years of the company is bad. The management I work with is the silver lining. They make or break me. Right now, it's the latter. I am hoping for a change.

We have a team called EEX that actively manages company events. This team do its best to get the employees involve in every events that makes work and life balance.
The team that I handle/support has an open environment that allows teammates to raise their concern freely and to open up for any difficulties. But for the team that supports me, i don't know.
At first, I think they care about us. But then, seeing they just do things lightly, just want to impress clients, I don't think they really care about us. So right now, nothing is best about them.
Other companies offer 60k to leaders. Our leaders gave us an increase and said that they aligned it to the current market value. Then we found out that from other companies, the market value is at 60K.
