Most of the TMs from our team are obedient. Not showing attitude even though they have had higher positions with their previous employment
LOB's taking pure calls should have higher pay or else it should be balanced. Half of the shift is phone and half is nonvoiced. since non-voiced is less pressured but pay is just the same
