Teammates still embody the core values of Task Us even though there are times when we are really busy. TLs also promote wellness and healthy living.
It would be great if they can provide more incentives or annual increase to our salary everytime a new brand or market needs to be supported
They give second chances to those who have potential however, their qualifications for aspiring internal Team Leaders/Applicants are not clear and the hierarchy were not being followed/considered. In regards to the campaign, they take good care of everything and numbers like SLA, Productivity etc
I'm an aspiring TL, I've been my team's POC for the past 3yrs and I am part of the SME/Escalations Team. I applied as a TL but was not considered. I found out that most of the TL passed came from Level 1 teammates. They should consider hiring SMEs more for TL post and increase our basic salary.
