I'm happy going to work because of it's positive environment and good ambiance. Of course with great people as well.

I like those coaching sessions with my Team Leader wherein they are consistent in providing constructive criticism, 'coz I really learned from those.

I love that they are giving the compensation ahead of time. and that they are consistent in providing Incentives. I believe this makes the TMs more productive and aim for more.
