At beginning it was going smooth and good enough but after few months it feels like company does not value my worth. As I have been given task to work at different LOBs in limited period I have achieved a lot but never appreciated. Company uses employees skills only but does not reward them.

It's almost 2 years with taskus and also I worked in different LOBs but given raise with lower percentage
