The hiring process was a little frustrating because it required a lot of waiting for things to move, but once I was official, it was smooth sailing. My manager is helpful and caring. The client seems to really value what my team brings to the table.

There doesn't seem to be any fake positivity. I came from a decade in public education where everyone pretends to be happy; it's very toxic.
