It's really terrible, I'm not happy anymore unlike a year ago everything was fine and wonderful but not now.

They offer internal incentives if you met the metrics.

They need to bring back their motto of Peoples First, we can't see them doing it anymore like they don't care!

They need to put their ego a bit, it's too high that you can't reach it. Not all of them though.

When I started, they mentioned that the company gets paid per case that agents were receiving. There were times that we get 2 chats for a whole day and I felt like they pay I receive is not enough to compensate for a job for 2 person.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

They shouldn't pull us out to one LOB to another so easily, we agreed for flexible schedule but not on LOB that they can just tell us that we need to be transferred to another LOB now then later will be returned to the original one. If they do this, they should increase our pay doing all this stuff!
