We all work toward helping the rest of the organization, and the feeling is mutual from all other departments. There is a kind of synergy in the way we approach helping each other.

Contrary to the usual corporate culture, directors and VPs are proactive in being open to explain and connect with everyone, regardless of job level. They are incredibly transparent and approachable when given the space to express.

A general commitment to people first, which allows a certain level of accountability in terms of processes, policies, and experiences with regard to how our employees are treated, and how our programs are developed and implemented.
