I enjoy working for the company and love the people I work with but it is quite challenging for me financially as cost of transportation to go to work and cost of living has gone up.

What I like about the culture is that most employees and members of leadership are approachable and friendly to the teammates.

The salary has not changed and a lot has changed since the last salary adjustment I had. Prices of basic commodities has gone up and the compensation is just enough to be able to get to work and survive.
