I have enjoyed working at TaskUs because they invest in their employees and they are a transparent company,

I use to enjoy working for the company and had planned to retire from it, but lately I don't feel so sure about staying anymore because the culture has changed and is not like it was a few years ago., Now it seems as though we are not appreciated but are blamed if the company is not doing well.

The company is a good place to work, because they do keep the employees best interest in mind

My compensation is not comparable to similar positions in the area. Also some employees received raises while others did not without a reasonable explanation. I would feel better if I could get a definitive answer as to why I wasn't giving a raise because my score and attendance is good .
