I like how they think ahead, and the things they do to make doing our work easier and if possible, fun!
It would be better if there is an annual increase in the basic pay, or the package. The commodities are increasing in price too.
It makes me happy now because there is good balance in staffing, that we have more time to review our calls and do better in the future. Instead of just doing calls, making mistakes and not being able to really understand the rationale why or how the agent did wrong.
