I like how TaskUs is managing the teammates and the leaders alike. This is the first time in my 12 years in BPO to feel I am valued and important. My OM is very honest and concerned about my well being. Genuine empathy and care is very rare to find, and I am happy I found TaskUs!
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
Seeing my friends and team at work! I like how easy it is for me to come to work and not feeling bad or having this negative aura. Usually when I step inside the production I feel I am in a different world where I enjoy what I do while earning for my family. Now that is a career!
