A good experience with hurdles that are fixable. Work environment and culture is very good and one of the harder things to find in a company. Mostly soured by my own campaign and how it's been doing things recently.

Welcoming and open to everyone. Challenges the stigma about borders between teammates and immediate managers and challenges people to break it as well

Salary adjustment with current inflation rates, work tasks and expenditures increase but payment stays the same as if it should not appreciate as well

A lot of issues within the LOB especially with the process and how often issues arise. Disconnect between client and the production floor as well.
