Good opportunity, good pay, saw many good attempt by the leaders here. Both I feel insecure and secured from the company as I was told to keep something confidential but someone higher might have spit it out, distrust is formed. But wellness coach started the first session in helping me build trust

They accepted most people with different background and health level.

There's a lot of incentives aren't given, like attendance, travel/transport, shift, languages etc.

They accept different races with same language in a team. They always ask about employee's opinions.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Yearly evaluation is not true, and no other incentives or choose not to have lunch but to change to money (Company lunch choice is not good for my health and weight.)
Qu’est-ce que vos collègues doivent améliorer et comment pouvez-vous mieux travailler ensemble?
They need to stop using friendship while working. Talk too much. Not remembering what's updated and doubt teammate who remembered it. Not respecting teaming by making fun of other (of other teams as well.)
