In terms of benefits and the Food Forward provided, I would say that TaskUs was able to meet my expectations, but in terms of management, it would really depends on who is in the position.

Best things about my team are we have the best TL who supports and cares for his agents and all of us interact and work well with one another.

Most positive is that everyone regardless of status treats one another as same level. No matter how high the position is, the same level of respect is being provided to all subordinates.

What would make me feel better about my compensation is that if we could receive an incentive for the times that we give our top performances. We feel undervalued if sudden unexpected changes happened that we're not informed beforehand.
