The company is unlike any other company i have been in, the culture is A+ for me, and the facility is also not boring and plain. I love it.

When i am not pressured to hit the quota, and there are no issues with the tools we use.

I think they can offer a just a little bit higher pay since other companies seem to have a very nice payout compared to us.

WFM take months to solve tickets that are pay impacting, so far the last to operations managers that i have been under, enforce rules that they do not follow themselves and hardly stay updated with agents, they just sit in a corner and play candy crush or clock into work then walk out of production
