My salary is roughly 13k below market rate. Taking on nearly triple the workload actually significantly reduced my pay when I moved from an hourly role to a salaried role.

The leadership team needs to work on adhering to the beliefs they quote - the "Frontline First" attitude is now a catchphrase only and is NOT reflected in leadership's day-to-day living.

The OG staff still do their best to adhere to the company value of Teamwork Makes the Dream Work. I could not exist in any successful capacity without the OG team, and the handful of newer folks who fit right in with the OGs despite the lack of alignment on priorities from our higher-ups.
