Team connection and reviews with leadership as it brings best out of you and you get challenged. Something missing is lack of appreciation ( not sure what leadership thinks about you) or small things like congratulating someone of work anniversary or birthday
Foster the culture of trust and impowerments specifically at Sr. Manager plus level. Seems leadership completely disengaged ( could be low bandwidth however since there are hardly any connect so not sure why) so technically lack of clarity create confusions and it leads to a grey area
Lack of clarity in designation wise work distribution. No connects with leadership ( Support functions level). Only one source of truth for all updates at function level. Not aligned as team at global level ( In terms of goals, visibility of peer performance) . Seems lack of trust
