Not as better as before pandemic. Not that pleasant. Hoping to be better compensated soon otherwise will move on.

To be more professional and be sensitive to each individual's personality to be able to make the right approach accordingly.

Not compensated enough, salary is no longer enough. I feel the company is lagging behind in terms of compensation compared to other companies specially the ones with WFH.
