It's nice and fun. Although sometimes, it's draining, it's rewarding sometimes too.

The company has provided us many great benefits and perks which is one of the reasons why I stayed here.

When I achieve my goals for the day. I have a day-to-day goals in terms of scores and this is to make sure I am improving.
Quelles sont les meilleures choses à propos de votre équipe?
As a team, everyone is helping each other out, especially at this time that we don't have a Team Leader available. Our team is dependent on one another and it's nice to have each other's back. I can say we're a pretty good team, even without a team leader.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
When we started, we handled only 1 LOB and we are omni trained (we handle chat, email and phones). Now, we are handling 3 LOBs and handling all 3 channels as well. It's difficult having to know everything and to do everything all in one shift. I feel like the management is exhausting all manpower.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
I rarely feel that we are taken care of by the leadership team. Our Team Leader recently resigned and it's been more than a month and no replacement TL has handled us. More than a month without coaching and we're not up to date with our scores. I feel that we are neglected at this time.
