Our company has a dedicated "Engagement & Experience Team" which ensures that we are having fun and that we are loving the work we do. Aside from the "People First" culture that we have, this makes our daily work enjoyable and something that we look forward to.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel that what we do on a daily basis to meet the work quality expected of us, doesn't match the amount we are being paid. I feel bombarded with all the additional tasks we need to do on top of putting enormous effort to meet metrics. I kind of feel a bit of "Produce or Perish" era recently.
