politics and deception. most of them harass others for as a joke or for fun. others make you feel safe and makes you regret it later

people here are worse and the politics are the only way up. make a direct reporting from any employees that can't be viewed by managers and supervisors so that they can't harass employees that report or have a chance of scaring those who report.
