Im happy with TaskUs it's just that the compensation really makes me think about leaving the company since we are being paid below the minimum wage in the Philippines. Even my janitor friend has a higher pay than I am.

A higher pay would be nice since the work load we get is high on OUR team.

There are good friends in our team and there are some that i just consider as co teammates.

Please have a yearly increase not performance based because looking at the market now even if the increase for the minimum wage was already approved we are still below here in TU.
