I love TaskUs, but my experience here was not perfect, been here for 1 year 6 mo , applied to become a trainer failed once, never heared back from the second application, L2 is always short staffed but I do not see any hiring for L2. they constantly interact with the teammates and consistently connect with the teammates which I find amazing.

I would say the compensation, there are a lot of BPO companies that offer competitive salary which I think this company could also do but does not. If only they could offer bigger salary it would be a perfect company to work on.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I have been transferred in different LOB's before and was made to handle several projects but was not able to get any kind of compensation for it, that I feel makes me feel undervalued considering that I've been doing tasks outside my normal work.
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
The prioritization of employees which I know is not so common in BPO companies, I feel that the management are really doing their best to connect with the employees and get along with them which I think is great and should be retained by the company.
Qu’est-ce que vos collègues doivent améliorer et comment pouvez-vous mieux travailler ensemble?
I cant think of any, but recently there had been so much drama that affected the team's camaraderie and ultimately affected their work. I do not want a workplace with so much drama as I am here to work not to cause any problem to anyone or be involved in one.
