Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?

Seeing my friends and doing the job I can finally see myself growing professionally. Over the last jobs I had, I never considered stepping up but in my current LOB and position now, the thought has been crossing my mind and am currently considering it.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

Over the years, I believe our base pay does not have any significant changes to accommodate the increasing prices of everyday needs. Oftentimes would teammates leave the company to grab another better-paying opportunity for the same, if not, almost the same workload as what they had in TaskUs.

De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?

They need to be more fair and transparent with regards to the way they run things. If they set criterias for LOB-wide movements, they should make it fair for everyone and keep their word; no last minute changes or notices. I hope they reduce/avoid altogether frequent movements as it is demotivating.
