so far the environment is non toxic ,everybody practicaly knows everyone.they always think about you as a person .emotionally.professionaly and mentally..again ,except for our supervisor..which makes you feel like you're in a prison or juvenile hall or a feral environment.

good except for certain negative people who only talks to you if they have something bad to tell .harbinger of ill omen.

hard working . focused,goal oriented ,good people.

biased , contradicts with the task us culture

when our supervisor is absent

all good people who do their best for this company and they should be rewarded

when i have a sale and when im with my teammates and when the boss is not around

its ok as long as they stick to taskus policy about people first and not being too by the book

my teammates are all happy when our supervisor cant come to work.when she is absent.that means no stress,no pressure.no nagger.

bipolar and iritable and she has always some very sharp words to demoralize people and yet the om still retains her after so many fgd

happy when the boss is not around and hardworking and driven.we function smoothly when she's not around.morale go down the drain when she is around...

remove those people pretending to be very concerned about the welfare of the people and the company..only then will it be a real taskus once again.. listen to the people's concerns directly.not thru the same higher ups who sugar coat everything we say.

everything about taskus culture is good except for certain people that destroys that culture. any bpo without the hands on supervision of the owners or the clients turns disastrous specially if the helm is left to the locals . its steered towards personal gain..

Im in sales account and we dont have any incentives per sale. they keep saying we already have our salary but generaly.every sales account ive ever worked in.They always have an incentive per sale because we are selling ang gaining revenue for the company.

as a sales account ,we dont have any incentive scheme which is unthinkable in any sales account in the world .when you sell something ,you should get a commission for your efforts. same as hunting,the hunter gets the prize reward ,but here its not happening.very unfair.

everything except for our supervisor..she is gradually changing the environment of taskus to be insensitive ,fake ,bully,always looking for weakpoints to intimidate and she always bluffs teammates to believe her that she is right just to get what she wants..99 percent of people here dont like her .

we are in the sales department and they dont do any effort for us to get incentive per sales which is the norm in all sales account and they keep pushing us and we dont get anything from it.they always resort to intimidation and they keep saying its in the handbook ....handbook this ,handbook that .
