Been with the company for 7 years and I'm thankful for it. However, I am not satisfied with the salary and some benefits provided given that the prices of commodities necessities have risen. Our basic is almost close enough to the minimum wage. Salary should increase at a considerable value.

The team works makes the dream work. Makes you feel that your team is your family and being Ridiculous makes you express who you are.

Underpaid. The process of salary increase is way too off. Should have received one last year but due to some challenges I didn't. Was given/will be given as an incentive in 2 installments. Hoping that it would reflect on my workday on top of the next increase if so, as promised. 7 years of service
