Totally bad. Managers are in favor of the others. As long as you have a value on them they care but once they are done, they are done. Plasticity everywhere. People first? What a joke. Shame that this account in particular "DVO Doordash" is destroying TaskUs image.

When I started at TaskUs I believe on their agenda saying "People First" but now that I am here no positive culture is being promoted.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Compensation wise a lot of agents are not being paid well. I've been performing for the past months but then other agents we're promoted and well compensated. When I was not performing they put me on a uncomfortable situation wherein other's did not experienced even when they are bottom peformers.
De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?
Why is it that everytime we are using our well earned Unplanned Leave/Sick Leave/Emergency leave, we are in need of explaining what we've done, what have happened or what so ever. It is called unplanned leave for a reason. Then if you consecutively used your UL we are getting NTE. What a joke.
