Globally TaskUs is amazing and I am aware of the standars and core values the company stands for and that is the reason I joined the company.. In my country TaskUs is horrible. Simple as that.
Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?
Keeping up with the core values, with what is promised, not trapping people somewhere and informing them they cannot switch projects while they onboard new hires and allow agents to switch projects based on how much they "like" them. Fairnes towards eveyrbody would help.
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
The training academy and the fact that TaskUs stands firm in its core values on a global level. On a country level, still more things need to improve as the people from my country will always try to gain the benefit for themsevels rather then the workers.
De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?
Actually talking to people and keep to their promises. One thing is discussed at the initial interview and another thing is being delivered. I was reassured I could switch project if I see I don't fit somewjhere. Now I am still imprisioned at a project I don't understand.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Working on a project that actually has some meaning and fullfillment. Being paid as I am supposed to. Having a chance to earn a bonus, to be motivated. To talk to people. Or even if I have to stay on this project, a slary that would match the amount of stress
Qu’est-ce que vos collègues doivent améliorer et comment pouvez-vous mieux travailler ensemble?
Because my coworker are only looking how to avoid job and to complain. You can see that every case is done just to get it done. No work whatsoever. Also the people who know more act unfriendly and cut you off mid sentence if they don't like what you are saying.
