Higher compensation, basic salary is so low that when we go on leave, we basically earn nothing. incentives are all well and good, but make the basic pay higher
provide metric based incentive. I think if the quality of my work is better than the quality of work others output I should be compensated better. Instead of overall ranking incentive.
