
Everything is being done properly on our team which I don't have any problems with it.
All of them are approachable and easy to talk to which is good for an introvert like me.
The job we're doing is easy for the most part so I am looking forward to it everyday. It's just recently that we think that we're not being compensated enough because of the amount of work we were given these past few weeks but I think that TU can make it better.
We are trained to a new workflow for about 3 weeks now and we feel overwhelmed to the point that we make mistakes due to confusions for certain guidelines which have gotten intertwined. Most of my teammates I talked to, believed that we need to be compensated well for the amount of workload given.
Mostly about the culture since the BPOs I was a part of previously doesn't have the atmosphere and culture that we have here. Our OM is easy to talk to and doesn't just stay in her office or station, TL's are very easy to talk to and approach. Overall, the culture TU is providing is good for me.
