No support of improving our project comes from the company whatsoever. We are just being told how nothing can be changed, and this feels like sitting in a trap. Truly hopeless. Nowhere, in my 10-year working career of working in various fields have I ever felt so unappreciated and treated like trash

1. If you say, you're people first, then BE people first!!! All I see is whitewashing. 2. Transparent communication with any topics. 3. A bottom-up leadership model should replace the pyramid leadership model
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
We as a team have built a paradise within the chaos of our client & ridiculous bureaucracy/cloud systems, a place where everyone feels accepted and comfortable speaking up, sharing their life and thoughts with each other. This excludes the rest of the company, which feels like a corporate hell.

So far, things have changed for the worse through the taskus acquisition. I am disillusioned, discouraged to keep going giving my best here. I am frustrated about how our project feels like a dead end with no chance of improving structure, pay, internal promotions. I feel like a number and not seen
Quelles sont les meilleures choses à propos de votre équipe?
They are not just co-workers, they are my people, my family. Wonderful, kind, driven people. We are an one in a million team, working smoothly together, helping each other in the chaos. However, the low pay will split us up in the future, unfortunately. And this saddens me to the point of crying.
