It is to soon to talk about this. Overall I strongly believe that TU is a company that is good. But the transition has been and still is illogical, complex, it is impacting my focus on the client's necessity too much. I'm worried that if this continues we could be at risk with the client and lose it

Not positive for now. But I understand that it takes time. I'm just worried that we will stop being competitive and that the people will stop asking to work with us.

I have the compensation package? I'm content with the fact that my paycheck comes on time.

Respect, understanding others, although we are still in tough situation the positive spirit is always present
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
No need to exaggerate. The client is very dynamic but innovative. The branch that we are supporting is different and very interesting. Working with my colleagues but also my agents is what makes me satisfy.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Considering the amount of responsibilities and all the difficulties we are experiencing in this past 2 years, the salary could be a little bit higher. But again I appreciate that is not lower and that is delivered on time.
Quelles sont les meilleures choses à propos de votre équipe?
We are hardworking, but positive people. We love this project and our agents. And we are doing all that we can to keep the positivity in the team considering the issues we still have after the transition to the new company.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
My team that is working with me on this project are very invested and great people. Previous Supervisor is one of the best professional persons I have ever had the opportunity to work with. The company is still making huge mistakes that are impacting the work for the client which is bad.
