They are great, helpful, friendly, supportive, trustworthy, full of energy, experienced and I can rely on them. What more could one ask from the coworkers
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
My Coworkers, RMs, Leaders, ambience, infrastructure. I specially appreciate the work culture. The entire office becomes my work area. The theme is so beautiful, it elevates your mood, the moment you step in. I mean, it's always fun at work.
Quelle est la meilleure partie de votre programme de rémunération?
The package, that I've been offered is greatly structured. It would be difficult to pick one but if I have to it'll be, the deductions. Unlike some of the organizations, TaskUs doesn't include everything in my package e.g. Gratuity, Mediclaim etc. this results in less deductions.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
The best thing about my leaders, is that they know their responsibilities and what exactly they are supposed to do. They are always available and approachable, which in itself is commendable. They abide by the company Goals and inspire me to do the same. There's more but... character limitations...
