I work here for 7 years and at first I thought this company will be better in time but sadly, the early years of taskUs is way better than what it is now. We reach the global company status however, the salary doesn't go with it. As tenured employee AMI is not the answer, we need a 1 time raise.

Being diverse and a company that cares about equality of each employee.
Qu’est-ce que vos collègues doivent améliorer et comment pouvez-vous mieux travailler ensemble?
People in our campaign are doing ridiculous things such as loitering and vaping inside the operations yet they are not being apprehended and what's crazy is that they are being protected by their leader.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Increase the salary. There are a lot of company that has higher salary than taskUs yet still has better HMO and company perks for employees. sadly taskus now is slowly becoming a Profit focused company.
Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?
I think it's just that since taskUs is now getting bigger, the opportunity to grow inside the company is now being compromised by somewhat political matters like, promotion is more of being who's close to the boss and not about the skills anymore.
