:) when one of our teammates goes on unplanned leave and because of them the whole I have to setback on my preferences even after overperforming with my KPIs

I think the entire culture is corrupted in the roots you can't do anything to fix it and why would anyone care for a baseline executive working on min wage

I have been pushing my limits each and everyday to cope up with my values and my managers expectations doing more than I supposed to but in return I get false hopes and mental pressure

I cant even term a team here because one week I am around the people who's face wont be visible to me for next two weeks because of the drastic shift rotation there is barely anything as team here

I have been in the company more that a year now with a bachelor's degree and prior experience and even rejected better offers to sustain myself in Task US but my pay is barely helping to survive unwillingly but I am on the edge of quitting this job I have been the best version of myself but I think

The production runs 24/7 all of us has a shift timings that change around 2-3 time in a week one day I am expected to report at 7am in the morning and the after tomorrow 4:30 after an year of experience I at least expect a sum enough to survive without begin forced to do side hustle. I am exhausted
