because of the salary. They say that it is competitive however it is competitive before because 5-7 years ago the salary package is actually a good pay. Today it's not.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

I know that the salary is based on the market here in Bohol. But they should also consider that the compensation is good 5 or 7 years ago because Tagbilaran City and Bohol is considered to be one of the rising and improving economy, executives should consider the increase of salary.
