I was really happy to work here as I tough I was in a place where they care about people, but looks like they're not. On my current campaign the pressure is high, I have asked to join to a different campaign without success. TaskUs is not people first. We meet with the Colombian CEO and he was rude

At my campaing they're not "People first". They need the right skills to be a leader

In comparison with other call centers, here the pay is way low. Used to feel much better when we had bonuses but now they're just looking for a reason to not give the extra bonus money with metrics that do not actually depend on us
