My overall experience was a bit average working with TaskUs, and I would not recommend anyone to work with this process, particularly DoorDash, because it is very hectic.

There is a lack of humanity and a human touch, and upper management.

Treat people like humans not like robot and manager need to be polite and professional while discussion with the everyone.

If I talk about my team, the team is good. The people are helpful, but some people are, I would say, very inappropriate in nature.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
When I joined this organization, there were certain benefits, such as a night shift allowance. But now, I am observing that there is no night shift allowance for us, and we are still working night shifts. Since there is very limited pay for my role. So, it is disappointing as an employee.
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
If I talk about the environment and the work culture in the company, it is pretty good. But especially if I talk about the process I work for, which is DoorDash, it's not that good. There is enormous pressure in terms of work pressure for the employees, and there is no such engagement for us.
