TaskUs as a whole is okay, but you all need to improve our conditions. Let's start by decreasing legal job hours to 42 or 40 if possible. And stop exploiting people and their mental health in this blood-sucking campaigns like Shopify.

The people, they're great and we talk all the time and have fun when we can. We love to gossip, chit-chat and just talk about life in general.
Quelles sont les meilleures choses à propos de votre équipe?
My teammates are one of the only reasons why I'm still coming to work and not quitting, besides the salary. They're great, but the managers are the problem and Vice President or whoever controls TaskUs Colombia.
Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?
We're being overworked, underpaid and over stressed. The KPIs goals for performance bonuses are impossible to obtain now. 3 chats at the same time are driving us crazy. People are quitting, the whole SSA department is gone now because management couldn't get better conditions for them. PLEASE HELP.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
We have people in a premium campaign doing the same that we're doing and getting paid more, it's ridiculous. Besides that, the minimum wage salary increased 23% in Colombia and our salary keeps being the same as two years ago. And we're working extra with 3 chat concurrency, it's horrible.
De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?
They need to get better at management. They're doing a terrible job, the campaign is going to get closed soon if it continues like this. We're understaffed, underpaid, and burnt out. All of us want to quit. It's chaotic and stressing. Please get some managers that can negotiate better with clients.
